Digital products are delivered instantly, so we cannot offer change-of-mind refunds. However:
7-day guarantee: if a product does not work as described on its product page, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the issue. We will fix it, replace it, or refund it in full to your original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.
Refunds are not available for: products bought by mistake where the description was accurate, incompatibility with software versions not listed on the product page, or bulk-discounted bundle items individually.
